Mission
Our mission to enhance the important transition towards a more sustainable and healthy diet by developing and producing plantbased proteins suitable for replacing meat.
Pure Plant Protein ApS is a subsidiary to Organic Plant Protein A/S, using the same advanced technology and the same production facilities.
The only difference is, that raw materials for Pure Plant Protein ApS are based on crops from conventional farming, which are cheaper than crops from organic farming.
Mild processed proteins
We are developing and supplying a wide range of dry-textured proteins based on protein-concentrates from legumes and protein flour from Sunflower (press cake from production of sunflower oil).
By chosing Dry Fractionation, we are concentrating the best nutrition from the legumes: Protein, dietary fibers and minerals.
We are not using protein-isolates from Wet Fractionation.
An advanced dry processing – using an extruder – creates a texture like meat, a mild taste, improved digestability, and anti-nutritional substances are deactivated.

Welcome to our production plant
The factory is located ind the middle of Jutland in Denmark, close to Billund Airport and highway E45 from Germany.
